How do I pause my order?

As a subscriber, you have access to the MY ACCOUNT area of this website. Here, you can manage your own subscriptions with the click of a button.

Here’s how to pause an order:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to MY ACCOUNT (it’s at the very top of the site, once you’re logged in).
  3. In your account, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  4. Click the Pause link to the right of your subscription.
  5. Click OK on the pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

To resume the subscription again, simply go through the same exact steps. You’ll notice that on step 4, the Pause link will now be labelled Resume.

How do I cancel my order?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to MY ACCOUNT (it’s at the very top of the site, once you’re logged in).
  3. In your account, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  4. Click the Cancel link to the right of your subscription.
  5. Click OK on the pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

Can I change my delivery day?

The FeedBox is delivered day-of-harvest fresh, every Saturday afternoon.

We spend the entire week gearing up for harvest on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the delivery day cannot be changed.

How do I change my credit card details?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to MY ACCOUNT (it’s at the very top of the site, once you’re logged in).
  3. If you have an active subscription, you will see an UPDATE button – use this to update your credit card details.

I’ve lost my password and can’t login, how do I reset my password?

Simply go to the login page and follow the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
